Academy that provides an ideal blend of Learn along with Fun to all the
members. She is an Academician, Author and Social Worker and she is committed towards offering help and support to various sections of the Society
through her Educational Expertise, Positive thought process for making a difference to the lives of the people, Love and Passion for Music for last 23 years.
Her recently published book ‘Be Proton : Always Positive’ is an amazon bestseller and encourages people to face the adversities of life with a positive attitude.
She is the Board of Director : Youth Affairs with Rotary Club of Thane , Royals. She is the Executive Committee Member of Aamra Probashi, a Prominent Socio Cultural Organisation. She has been a Visiting Faculty with the prestigious Educational Institution Hiranandani Foundation School, Thane teaching Accountancy.
Dr Srilekha is a fighter and has a Never Give up Attitude. In the year 2015 she met with a Road Accident. She suffered serious injuries. She lost vision in her left eye and hearing in her left ear. A permanent injury in her hips also could not stop her . Many people thought that her career was over. But Srilekha fought back.
With her sheer inner strength, grit and determination she went back to school on a wheel chair. She continued with her teaching sessions just one month after she was released for recovery from Fortis Hospital, Mumbai.
As the days went by she has been travelling around world all by herself to take part in Academic Conferences as a Speaker , Educational Training Sessions as a learner and she enjoys each of these moments to the core of her heart.
Srillekha has been a Keynote Speaker at many International Academic Conventions held at Sweden, Finland, Australia, USA, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Bangladesh and India. She has won Prominent International Awards at these Conventions. She has also recently undergone Learning Experience of Finnish and Swedish System of Education at Schools and Colleges of Helsinki and Stockholm.
She has been an Accounts Teacher for last 23 years and she has been associated with prestigious Educational Institutions City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Lucknow, Vasant Vihar Jr College, Thane and Hiranandani Foundation School Thane. Currently , she is running her own Accounts and Finance train- ing academy Accounts Rockstars, Hiranandani Estate , Thane and she is also associated with Hiranandani Foundation School as a visiting faculty.
For years her students have demonstrated excellent academic performance in the ISC Board Examinations. She counts the success of her efforts and her students efforts not on the basis of marks scored , but on the basis of their holistic personality and their happiness after passing the Board Examinations.
Srilekha takes huge pride in her Students who are The Shining Stars of the Society serving as Chartered Accountants, Financial Analysts, Managers, Corporate Lawyers , Designers and as an expert in many other fields.
Dr. Srillekha!s small world consists of her all time supporting Husband Tarashankar, her 19 years old loving daughter Sohini who is undergoing Medical Studies at Devraj Urs Medical College, Kolar, Karnataka, Staff of her Academy and all her super rockstar students.
